    Abstract：

    本文主要研究小学德育中传统文化元素的融入问题，探究传统文化元素融入小学德育的途径和育人效果。通过对小学德育现状及传统文化元素融入重要性的分析，发现目前存在的问题，提出从挖掘教材资源、开展特色德育活动、加强家校社协同育人、创新教学方法和手段、建立多元评价体系五个方面入手的五条建议，以提高小学德育质量，促进学生全面发展。
