Abstract：
本次调研对新发展阶段河北省技工院校学生工匠精神的培育路径进行了探索，对河北省高质量的发展以及民生问题的解决有积极的意义。对企业、教师的访谈，学生的问卷调研发现首先要构建和谐的师生关系，为培育工匠精神营造一个良好的环境；其次从提升学生爱岗敬业素养、专业能力，培养协作共进团队精神几个方面提出了对策建议。并提出了构建学生、教师、企业协同培育的路径，培养学生的工匠精神的观点。
