小学数学教师因材施教的现状与对策研究

Abstract：

《数学课程标准》最终目的就是要“人人学有价值的数学；人人都能获得必需的数学；不同的人在数学上得到不同的发展。”要实现这样的目标，这就要求教师努力转变教学观念，改变教学方法，因材施教，增强数学课堂魅力，充分调动学生的学习热情和积极性，使学生自觉主动学习。本文主要探讨在小学数学教学中如何进行因材施教。
