    随着社会经济的快速发展，我国人口剧增，导致农村用水大幅提升，造成了水资源的短缺，而大量污水的排放，又造成了水环境的污染。因此，只有提高农村污水的处理质量和效率，才能达到保障农村健康发展的目的。
