    Abstract：

    随着新时期的到来,小学生的思想观念发生了显著变化,传统的教育和管理模式已不再适应于当代小学生.因而,小学班主任应该及时转变管理模式,秉持"以人为本"的教育理念,创设和谐班级氛围,保证学生管理的科学性和有效性,全方位做好学生的思想教育工作和生活学习指导.基于此,本文对新时期小学班主任管理工作面临的挑战展开分析,提出来以人为本理念下的班主任管理策略.
