    Abstract：

    近年来，社会快速发展，人们的生活理念随之有所提高，人们比以往更加重视生活的质量，由此公共空间设计的重要性不言而喻。本文从城市住宅公共空间的概念、定义出发，简要阐明公共空间设计的价值，并提出城市住宅建筑设计中公共空间设计的可行性措施，为居住者带来舒适、便利的高品质居住环境，建设合理、适宜的公共空间，促进城市住宅的可持续发展。
