    Abstract：

    核心素养导向的课程改革，对小学数学作业设计提出了新的要求。传统作业偏重知识巩固与技能训练，难以承载素养培育的功能。文章从教学实际出发，探讨核心素养背景下小学数学作业设计的优化路径。通过分析作业设计的教学意义与现实困境，提出了情境化作业、分层作业、探究性作业、跨学科作业四条优化路径，并结合苏教版小学数学教材案例，生动呈现作业设计的具体样态，旨在让作业从学生的“刷题工具”转变为“素养载体”。
