现今小学数学教学中,普遍存在评价滞后教学的情形,传统纸笔测试无法完整反映学生核心素养的发展全貌,本文聚焦表现性评价驱动的小学数学“教-学-评”一体化单元教学实践,经过重构目标导向的教学闭环系统,探索素养培育的实践路径。基于泰勒课程理论的目标导向框架,结合“圆的认识”等单元教学案例,构建“目标分解-任务适配-证据反馈”的协同机制,旨在形成“诊断-优化-验证”的螺旋改进回路。
