Abstract：
在人口老龄化与智慧健康快速发展的背景下，养老服务行业对专业人才的需求呈现出数量与质量双提升的态势。宜春幼专作为人才培养的重要阵地，其养老服务与管理专业教育改革意义重大。本文通过对智慧健康背景的深入剖析，结合宜春幼专该专业的现状，从课程体系、教学方法、实践教学、师资队伍等多方面探讨改革路径，旨在培养适应时代需求、具备综合素养与专业技能的养老服务与管理人才，为推动养老服务行业的高质量发展提供人才支撑，同时也为同类院校专业改革提供一定的参考借鉴。
