探究以能力为导向的妇产科教学评价体系改革及实施成效。以本校2021级妇产科学专业2个班级各30名学生为对象,实验组实施能力导向教学评价体系,对照组采用传统方式。经对比,实验组教学评价满意度与考核成绩均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。这表明能力导向的妇产科教学评价体系改革,既能提升学生理论与实践水平,全面评估学习成果与能力发展,又能激发学习主动性,助力综合能力提高。
