本文以护理实训教学实际开展情况为依据，就课程思政能力建设做出相关分析与讨论，深入剖析目前护理实训教学现状，阐述课程思政融入的重要意义。通过分析教学过程中存在的问题，从教师思政素养提升、教学内容思政元素挖掘、教学方法创新及评价体系完善等多维度探讨提升课程思政能力的策略，旨在为培养兼具专业素养与良好职业道德的护理人才提供更多参考与支持。
