Abstract：
伴随着《普通高中数学课程标准（2017年版2020年修订）》的发布和实施，数学核心素养逐渐取代知识与技能被确立为核心任务之一。数学运算是数学学科核心素养的基本要素，起着承上启下的作用，并且是培养学生其他数学素养的重要基础。本文对高中生数学运算能力培养的有效策略进行深入探索，旨在为广大一线教师带来一些切实可行的方法，帮助学生实现系统的数学运算能力的提升，最终达到基于数学核心素养的教学目的。
