    本文通过文献分析、案例研究和实地调研等方法，探讨了中国特色学徒制的理论基础、发展现状及存在问题。以湖南铁道职业技术学院为例，深入分析了学徒制人才培养模式的实践探索、特点与成效，并提出优化特色学徒制人才培养模式的策略，探索创新培养模式、加强师资建设和构建质量保障体系等方面，对深化产教融合、推进中国特色学徒制发展具有重要的理论和实践意义。
