    Abstract：

    小学教育中“双师型”教师素养构成与成长路径研究目前取得了一定的进展，但也面临一些问题和挑战。本文基于已有研究成果的梳理和分析进一步探讨小学职前“双师型”教师培养中存在的问题，同时分析成因，并提出有效培养路径。通过分析，发现“双师型”教师素养中专业知识素养良好，能力素养较差的主要影响因素有评估与激励机制的缺失。未来更好地培养双师型教师积极建构系统的课程与实践体系。
