Abstract：
少先队作为具有光荣传统和重要历史地位的儿童组织，承担着培养少年儿童健全人格、提高道德素养的使命。本文对少先队活动的意义进行了分析，指出了少先队活动在培养学生社会主义核心价值观等方面起到的积极作用，并针对少先队活动与德育提出了融合策略，以期能够为教育工作者和少先队指导员在德育融合方面提供一定的理论参考和实践借鉴。
