Abstract：
随着核心素养的发展，小学数学综合与实践教学工作的开展，能够帮助学生更好的了解小学数学教学的内容，培养学生的全面综合素养，使学生能够更好的与他人进行交流，有效的完成小学数学综合与实践教学中的学习任务。该文就围绕着小学数学综合与实践教学设计的相关知识，对综合与实践教学设计的重要性和原则进行一定的分析，找出小学数学综合与实践教学中可能存在的问题，并进一步的探讨出核心素养基础下，小学数学综合与实践教学设计的有效举措。
