Abstract：
本文基于不同城镇的建设运行管理模式以及城镇用户不同的资源需求，对典型供能场景进行建模并进行仿真，提出了一种基于需求侧资源的典型供能场景模型。这种模型可以根据实际的需求和条件来调整能源的供应策略，从而提高能源的利用率和环保性。通过仿真技术的验证和优化，这些模型在实际应用中具有很高的有效性和可行性。通过采用合适的建设运行管理模式和供能策略，可以显著提高城镇的能源效率和环境友好性。
