Abstract：
激励性评价是指在教学的过程当中，根据学生的表现采取一种鼓励式的方法，使学生更具学习的自信心，也能够让学生在完成锻炼和学习的过程中更具内驱力。在小学体育教学的过程中，借助激励性评价的方式，有助于提高学生的学习兴趣度，让学生能够更加努力的完成体育锻炼，从而达到理想的教学效果。教师也可借此改善学生的身体素质水平，让学生获得更多的运动技巧。
