    随着新课改体系的深入实施，我国小学教育管理也随之发生了一些变化。为此，应注重在小学学校管理教育与初中教育之间建立有效的联系，并为学生创造一个更为友好、和谐的发展环境。文章重点分析了当前我国小学教育在持续优化中所面对的困境，并结合我国的现实条件，寻求了一条切实可行的突破之路。
