    习总书记曾发表讲话,强调了"创新型人才培养"的重要性,本文以提升研究生的创新能力应放在高校培养机制首位,作为文章的切入点.分析了研究生创新能力培养应具有的重要心理品格,最后,对高校对研究生创新能力培养的教学原则进行分析,研究出探究性教学原则、探索前沿性知识、教学过程强调实践性、教学方式要求自主性等原则.
