    Abstract：

    小学教育是所有教育活动的基础,也是孩子性格、道德修养、人格品性成型的启蒙阶段.小学教育对学生综合素质的培养具有着不可替代的作用.在小学阶段,学生的认知能力较低,对外界世界还缺乏准确的认知,非常容易受到外界不良因素的干扰,从而影响到小学德育教育工作的开展.为了提高小学班主任德育工作的质量,本文将在课程改革的大背景下,对小学班主任的德育工作展开研究.
