    新入职教师培训效果如何,不仅关系到教师自身的专业成长,还直接关系到一个区域教育的发展和孩子的未来.近年来,通过不断挖掘潜能,在做好新教师入职教育培训工作方面进行了积极探索,总结出了一些有效的管理办法.基于此,以下对基于实践导向的中小学新教师培训模式探索进行了探讨,以供参考.
