    拓展训练指的是通过专业机构对久居城市的人进行的一种野外生存训练.通过精心设计野外训练活动,可以达到磨练意志,陶冶情操,完善人格的培训目的.在中职体育教学中运用拓展训练,不仅能够给体育教学注入新鲜血液,还能够提升学生的身体素质.本文就拓展训练对中职体育教学的意义,探讨在中职体育教学中拓展训练的应用策略.
