    如果说语文教学是一台戏,教师就是这部戏的导演,导演毕竟不是演员,然而许多教师在教学中往往越俎代庖代替学生思考或代替作者言论,这不是语文教师应扮演的角色.本文谈谈对笔者语文教师应扮演角色的几点认识.
