    完善的思政工作体系、创新性的思政工作方法,可以提高建筑施工企业的运转效率,保证建筑施工企业正确的发展方向,推动建筑施工企业稳定高效发展.目前建筑施工企业在思政工作中还存在短板,还要优化整合各种思政工作资源,达到提高建筑施工企业思政工作有效性的目标.
