    Abstract：

    随着教学模式的改变社区教育也从20世纪初逐渐的成长起来.人们也渐渐地意识到社区教育的重要性,因而从中获取了一些经验.因种种现实原因,社区教育在和国家和某些地区存在着或多或少的差距,在组织机构,人力和物力投入,教育普及程度都稍显不足.针对我国的实际情况,文章从宪法,机构建设,人才培养,理论和实践等方面对促进社区的教育问题提出了意见和建议.
