Abstract：
随着我国经济和社会的发展,我们需要多方面的人才;而人才的德行对用人单位来说很是看中.中职教育中德育教学在整个教学过程中,占据着不可忽视的地位,但在中职德育教学中却存在很多的问题,因此中职学校对德育教学方面提出了新的要求并对之前出现的问题进行解决.职业生业规划对学生有一定的引领作用,职业素养、职业道德在入职以后也非常重要,以满足社会对人才的多方面要求.本文主要分析了中职德育立体模式,主要是为了促进中职德育的发展.
