    "本文将老子"无为而治"的思想,结合在现代班级管理中的应用进行讨论研究.如何更好的管理班级?教师首先要了解学生的成长规律,针对学生的成长规律选择科学的教育方式,然后培养学生的自主性、自律性,达到无为而治的目的,帮助教师从繁杂的日常琐事中解放出来,更专心的进行教学教研."
