Abstract：

《小学语文课程标准》倡导合作学习，合作学习可突出学生主体地位，体现“以人为本”的人性教学理念，激发学生合作竞争意识，实现最佳教学效果。以小学五年级语文教学为例，教学中教师不仅要让学生掌握基础知识，更要学生在学习中提高自身语文能力，可以学以致用，以语文知识的眼光处理实际问题。
