小学数学教学中学生在教师的指导下，有目的地按照一定的程序和技术要求进行操作，主要包括充分发掘教材中学具、教具操作的功能和优势，激发学生动手的欲望，使人人有动手操作的机会；加强对学生动手操作的指导，使学生的操作有目的、规范，真正为掌握知识、培养能力服务；及时反馈，合理评价，培养学生用规范掌握的数学语言进行归纳概括的能力。
