当前中小学生的抗挫折能力非常薄弱,学校教育必须面对这一严峻的事实.作为学校的体育教育,它的实践性、群体性和互动性在培养学生的抗挫折能力方面有着得天独厚的优势.因此,在体育教学中,我们应有意识地对学生进行挫折教育,提高学生的抗挫折能力.
