Abstract：
匠心墩苗,就是以学校青年教师为主,进行一系列的人才培养工作,使学校教师职业素养与教学能力等方面共同发展.文章以"匠心墩苗"工程助推坚实队伍建设为研究对象,围绕领雁工程、春蚕工程、雏凤工程、匠心工程这四点,对如何培养高素质教师队伍,提出几点建议,希望对教育事业发展提供动力.
