现代社会发展过程中建筑工程建设行业发展迅猛,建筑工程的产品质量关系到我国现代化事业基础设施建设的优劣,所以不断完善建筑行业市场的规章制度,规范建筑企业的管理模式显得极其重要.而建筑工程管理过程中合同管理是重要的环节,是确保施工过程中能够顺利进行,保质保量交付产品的重要保证.本文有针对性地提出了施工合同风险防范与管理策略.
