    沟通艺术是交流思想、传递信息、说明问题的过程，其沟通效果与对方回应有关，其形式有语言沟通、非语言沟通、正式沟通、非正式沟通等多种，能对学生产生潜移默化的影响，助力班级管理水平的提升。本文，将先粗略探讨班级管理中沟通现况，再详细阐述班级管理中的重要沟通艺术，旨在真正管理好班级。
