    工匠精神就是一个职业人对自己职业专注、热爱的精神，可以体现职业人的职业素养、道德与能力，主要包括敬业、创新、专注等精神内涵。对于中职学生来说，既要掌握专业技术，还要拥有良好的职业道德，这样才能提升自身的竞争力。通过对工匠精神在中职思政教育中的作用进行分析，提出了二者的契合点和融入方式，有助于中职教育的改革优化。
