    Abstract：

    在新的教育理念下，核心素养的渗透会为小学语文课程的构建提供新的活力。因此，高效的小学语文课堂要以核心素养为基础，在内容的传授过程中加入积极的教学观念，营造有效的小学语文课堂，为今后的语文学习奠定良好的基础。文章对核心素质的涵义、构建有效的小学语文课堂的重要性、制约因素等进行了简单的阐述，希望提升小学语文课堂的高效性。
