    Abstract：

    城市规划是城市建设不可缺少的环节。而国土空间规划体系的出现，拓展了原城市规划的理念。本文通过对“国土空间规划体系下的城市规划如何发展”的角度进行分析，理清国土空间规划体系与城市规划的关系，以期探讨如何解决当前城市规划存在的问题，城市规划如何适应城市发展新的诉求。
