    Abstract：

    生态理念下水利工程规划与设计的整体效果直接决定着水利工程的经济效益与环保效益，决定着水利工程可持续发展目标的顺利实现。因此，生态理念下的水利工程规划与设计需要以区域的自然条件为基础，充分分析区域生态环境的特殊性，在水利工程规划与设计中尽量以保护区域生态环境为前提，实现水利工程建设的总体目标。基于此，文章分析了生态理念在水利工程规划与设计中的具体应用，有利于提升水利工程的经济与环保价值。
