    随着科学技术的发展，化工技术也得到了显著的提高。目前，生态环境与化工技术有着密切的关系。化工原料的加工与处理是化工技术的主要内容。在这个过程中，必须合理利用资源。通过合理利用资源，减少对生态环境的破坏，是化工技术发展的重要目标。因此，对于化工技术的快速发展，既要明确发展目标，更加注重发展趋势，也要把科学发展观融入实际发展过程，既要适应环境保护的需要，同时也要遵循发展观，从而认识到经济发展和资源环境的发展状况。
