    Abstract：

    运动教育模式是美国学者西登托普先生提出的，历经30多年的理论与实践研究已发展为较成熟的教学模式。本研究以北京师范大学附属实验中学体能模块为例，为解决在体能课的传统教学模式教学中学生参与积极性不高，体能练习过程枯燥、不能长期坚持等问题设想能否应用运动教育模式改善相应教学效果。认为：（1）两种教学模式均促进了学生体能素质发展，运动教育模式比传统体育教学模式效果更显著；（2）两种教学模式均提升了学生体能愉悦感和体能锻炼承诺，运动教育模式比传统体育教学模式效果更显著。
