Abstract：
建设智慧城市的基础是以人为本，这需要充分考虑人与自然的关系，尊重自然生态规律。智能建筑基于智能城市建设的原则，通过自动化系统的功能模块、设备模型和设备管理单元，构建了现代建筑智能设计系统，改变了传统的设计方法和理念，提高了建筑的适用性和节能性。在此基础上，对智能建筑技术在现代建筑技术中的应用进行了借鉴。
