小学数学如何展开分层教学

Abstract：

分层教学，即教师根据学生的学习水平将班级学生展开不同层次的划分，紧接着教师对适合不同层次学生水平的教学目标进行设计，促使教学难度与每个学生都有所适应。因此，本文从“对学生进行分层，教学方法需分层，课堂提问需分层”三个方面，阐述了教师如何优化小学数学分层教学，促使学生能够得到更好的发展。
