分层教学,即教师根据学生的学习水平将班级学生展开不同层次的划分,紧接着教师对适合不同层次学生水平的教学目标进行设计,促使教学难度与每个学生都有所适应。因此,本文从“对学生进行分层,教学方法需分层,课堂提问需分层”三个方面,阐述了教师如何优化小学数学分层教学,促使学生能够得到更好的发展。
