    Abstract：

    新课程改革提出以学生为本，重视学生主体。差异教学法在学科教学中的应用在一定程度上符合新时代教育理念。在初中语文教学中，教师根据差异教学理念，设计符合全体学生发展的教学活动，让所有学生都参与课堂教学，在一定程度上体现了教育公平。从实际教学效果来看，差异教学法在运用中存在一定的问题。初中语文教师应加强教学研究，推动教学实践的有效开展。
