Abstract：
在新形势，对于高校的教学管理已经不满足于理论知识的传授，而是在此基础之上加强红色文化的宣传，充分发挥它的教育价值，培养学生的精神品质，促进他们成为全面发展的综合性人才。本文就红色文化和高校教育管理进行研究，分析红色文化对于学校日常工作中的使用意义，探讨新形势下高校管理存在的问题以及具体的应对措施。
