    在新的形势下，如何保障中外合作办学稳定的教学质量成为高职院校国际化发展的当务之急。文以四川建筑职业技术学院为例，首先对其新常态背景下中外合作办学项目外方教学质量面临的挑战进行阐述，针对问题提出应对措施，旨在为其他面临同等现状的高职院校提供借鉴思路。
