Abstract：
随着国家经济的不断提升，整体经济结构不断进行调整，相应各个行业体系也在进行不同程度的改革。近年来电力行业蓬勃发展，这种与市场相融合的趋势已经十分明显。但是由于市场经济本身存在着不可控的特点，这就对电力企业思想政治工作提出了更高的要求。鉴于此，本文将重点对电力企业党建思想政治工作创新与发展策略进行探讨。
