    教育督导是优化当代教育行政管理和提高教学质量的重要手段。本文运用文献研究法、比较分析法，从内涵、现状、产生的问题三个角度对教育督导和教学督导进行异同比较，并通过差异分析归纳出两者的特点，最后对两种制度的完善提出了建议。
