Abstract：
随着我国经济的不断发展，化工行业也走上了发展快车道。在此背景下，市场对于化工专业人才的需求数量和质量都在不断提升。而现代学徒制作为一种提高职业院校专业人才培养质量的有效模式，是新时期中职化工专业教学和人才培养的重要方向。基于此，本文就基于现代学徒制的中职化工专业教育展开详细研究，以期能够给广大教师同仁提供一些借鉴参考，共同为中职化工专业的现代化改革和发展贡献力量。
