Abstract：
体育与健康是当前初中体育教学中的重点课程，也是培养学生正确体育习惯以及体育素养的根本保障，因此文章便是着眼于体育与健康教学，综合学生的身体素质以及心理状态，了解当前教学期间存在的主要问题，打造具有针对性的优化方案，确保全面增强体育教学质量，并且落实学生核心素养的提升。
