Abstract：
随着教育工作的深化改革，教育部门要求学校应重视对学生的体育技能培养。根据调查不难发现，在当下的教育活动中，体育教育被严重忽视，再加上初中学生的升学压力比较重，也就间接导致了学生出现厌学的心理，学生在课余生活也不会选择自主训练。因此，教师应该完善教学内容，根据学生的兴趣爱好转变教学理念，从而解决学生厌学的问题。
